Milton’s is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is so welcoming, Jessie took us to our table. We had Chloe tonight as our server. Excellent service, very friendly, always checking on us to make sure we did not need anything. The most amazing thing was to watch her will the other tables same service. Milton’s never disappoints. Steve you have a great crew which means they have a great boss.

Kayla was our server. She was absolutely fantastic! This was our first time ever coming here... Blown away and impressed at how good the food is! There aren't very many nice local pizza restaurants anymore that also have a full bar with liquor, beer & wine. Salad bar was amazing! One suggestion... we'd happily pay $2 or $3 bucks more each per salad if you'd add real bacon bits to your salad bar offering! We ordered the black and blue pizza minus the honey and added pepperoni. Truly one of the best pizzas we've had in five years. This place is an absolute five star gem! You can tell they are trying so hard and it is so much appreciated! Please come give this place a try if you've never been here! We have lived in Wake Forest three years and this has been one of our very best dining experiences in North Carolina. Thank you so much for the effort. It is truly admired and appreciated. Merry Christmas to all

I have been going to Milton's since I was a kid. I had dinner for my birthday there a time or two and it is always the same place I remember from my childhood. A true staple of Wake Forest!

I haven't seen such a beautiful restaurant, with such high-quality service and friendly staff in a long time. It's a truly high-quality venue with a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant manager is also a cheerful, attentive, and curvy woman. She's one of those rare managers who spreads joy and is very well-liked. Many thanks to everyone. I'd also like to thank the restaurant owner for creating a rich menu and employing friendly staff. I'll definitely be back again.

Stopped here for a quick bite and was surprised by their buffet. They have a lot of options to choose from. Pizza, wings, ribs, pasta and salad! For two adults and four children we only paid $97 before tip! The pizza was good and they kept the bar full of food! The honey hot pepperoni pizza was really good! Staff is nice and friendly and I love how spacious it is inside.

Thank you Chloe for the exceptional service! How could anyone give less than 5 stars when Chicken n Rice soup is on the menu and Steven and crew are on the job?! We are through the doors at least once a month and always ask…Chicken n Rice Please. Every time it’s on the menu I get it and order a quart or two to-go. Definitely should be a staple item on the menu in my opinion. Thank you for making the holidays tasty!
